We reply within 24–48 hours, since we’re usually on job sites during the day.

We set a time that works for you and come look at your project in person.
We check the areas you want done, listen to what you want, and make sure we understand everything so we know we’re the right fit for you.

Within 24–48 hours of seeing the project (except weekends), we send a written estimate.
It’s simple, easy to read, and explains: what we will do, how we will do it, the materials we use,

and how long it should take.

Once you approve the estimate, a small deposit saves your spot on our schedule. This keeps everything on time and shows commitment from both sides.

After your project is scheduled, we create a paint schedule a clear list of what colors go where. You review it, sign off, and we make sure everyone is on the same page.

If you need help choosing colors, we can guide you based on your home and lighting.

Before any work starts, we:

- cover floors and furniture,

- move or protect items,

- control dust,

and get the space ready.

We will treat your home with care from the first minute.

Once we start your project, we don’t skip days or disappear.
We work steady, give you updates, and keep things simple.

At the end of each day, we:

- clean up,

- pick up trash,

- put tools away,

- sweep or vacuum.

Your home stays neat and safe while we’re working.

When the job is done, we walk the entire project with you. If you see anything that needs a touch-up, we fix it before leaving.

If anything needs attention after the job is done, you can reach out to us directly.

All homeowner projects include a 1-year warranty, so if something comes up, we’ll take care of it.
